Time 2 Shine waterless Hand Wash is a great way to clean your hands when water is lacking or anytime you are on the go. Our waterless hand wash will not dry out your hands and may be used as a lotion to recondition your skin.  After applying to hands simply spread over knuckles, palms, and fingers. Wipe clean or if you prefer, rinse with water.
