Return and Refund Policy

At Falls Truck Center, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Standard Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In the original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or Personalized Items: Any product that has been custom-printed, engraved, or specifically manufactured to your specifications (e.g., custom vinyl banners, custom porch lights).
- Electrical Components: Any electrical part that has been installed or removed from its original packaging.
- Clearance Items: Items marked as final sale or clearance.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 3-5 business days).
4. Restocking Fees
All eligible returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. Please retain all packaging materials and take photographs of the damage, as this will be required for the shipping claim.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
