CURT Class 1 trailer hitches are designed specifically for passenger cars, crossovers, and compact SUVs. They feature a 1-1/4" x 1-1/4" receiver tube opening and are ideal for adding cargo space with a hitch-mounted bike rack or cargo carrier, or for towing very light trailers like a small utility trailer or jet ski.
Weight Capacity
Typically rated for up to 2,000 lbs. Gross Trailer Weight (GTW) and 200 lbs. Tongue Weight (TW). Always consult your vehicle's owner's manual for specific towing limits.
Common Uses
- Hitch-mounted bike racks (2 bikes max usually recommended)
