What are Safety Flanges?
The 3" x 5/8" Steel Safety Flanges are to be used during high speed polishing and buffing with our sewn, loose-ply, and Sisal Buffing Wheels. They are meant to reinforce the fabric center of the buffing wheel. In addition to offering protection against overtightening, the 3" x 5/8" Steel Safety Flanges also help to keep the buffing wheel securely in place
